Firing lines (leading lines) establish the connection between blasting machine and detonator series. Preferably they should
have the lowest possible electrical resistance and in addition sufficient tensile strength to withstand the mechanical operational
demands. Only multistrand cables of copper or tinned iron should be used as firing lines. The single lead consists of 4 strands.
All firing lines and connecting wires are insulated with antistatic PVC. The maximum admissible firing tension is 6000 Volt.
